By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), purchasing merchandise, or registering for tasting experiences offered by Three Sip Society, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Consumption
You represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. Participation in tastings and use of alcohol-related content are undertaken solely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that any consumption of alcohol complies with applicable laws.
3. Scope of Services
(a) Merchandise Sales: We sell branded apparel and related merchandise through the Site. All merchandise is provided “as is” and subject to availability.
(b) Tasting Experiences: Our tasting packages are educational in nature and do not constitute the sale of alcoholic beverages. Tasting experiences offered by Three Sip Society, LLC are educational in nature. Any alcohol made available during a tasting is provided solely on a complimentary basis, is not separately charged for, and is incidental to the educational services purchased. By participating, you affirm you are of legal drinking age and assume full responsibility for any consumption. Three Sip Society, LLC does not hold itself out as a licensed alcohol retailer and does not engage in the sale of alcoholic beverages.”
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including without limitation the Three Sip Society™ name, logos, images, tasting guides, written materials, and educational content, are owned exclusively by Three Sip Society, LLC. No license or right to use is granted except with prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site, merchandise, or tasting experiences shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
Infringe or misappropriate our intellectual property or that of others;
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
Engage in conduct harmful to the brand, reputation, or goodwill of Three Sip Society, LLC.

The Site may link to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for, and disclaim liability arising from, third-party actions, representations, or products.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois. At our election, disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Section 2. Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
Merchandise
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Requests for replacement must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Tastings
Cancellation requests received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled tasting will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days are eligible for rescheduling only, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event and no-shows are non-refundable.
Section 3. Shipping & Sales Policy
We currently ship merchandise only within the United States.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
We do not sell or ship alcoholic beverages.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information (such as names, addresses, payment information, and contact details) when voluntarily provided during purchases or registrations. We also collect non-personal information (such as device type and browsing data) via cookies and similar technologies.
